Injection Molding

Koller-Craft was founded around one, hand operated, molding machine in 1941. Back then thermoplastic injection molding was thought of as an "innovative" processes. We have come a long way since then, but injection molding remains our primary business.

We now have 23 presses, ranging form 88 to 2750 tons giving us the ability to run small, precision , multicavity parts up to some of the largest. We have vast experience in running many different thermoplastic materials. Process control is used to optimize our molding processes and robotics for part handling and assembly. In many cases video cameras are used for assembly and inspection.

Koller-craft has won many awards from our customers in recognition of our excellence in providing quality parts and on time delivery.
